I've lived in Echols County all my life and I graduated from Echols County High School. I currently live in the city of Mayday. I am married to Montez Blair Howell and we have two (2) beautiful children Lavon and Lynette.

I was employed with National Linen Service for thirteen years(13), seventeen years with Standard Container and three (3) years with the US Army. I served as Director for Slash Pine EMC for thirty two (32) years and the last five (5) years as Vice-President. I was appointed on the Registrar's Board in 2009. I've also taken the Dale Carnegie Course for Management.

I am a member of the Macedonia Baptist Church which is located in Mayday.

My hobbies are watching football, computers and spending time with my grands and great grand kids.
